Karate Kids Intermediate  Ages 8-12, Wednesdays: 4:00 – 4:50 pm

Karate is a great way to promote physical fitness to young kids and will help them:

  • Improve balance, muscular strength, and emerging foot-eye and hand-eye coordination.
  • Learn about respect for teachers, peers, parents, property, and for themselves.
  • Develop life skills such as team work, patience, focus and maintaining a positive attitude.

For graduates of our other Karate classes or students who can demonstrate required abilities

Karate Kids Intermediate

This program assumes behavioral skills like listening, following rules, and goal setting with a variety of fun karate-related activities that help kids develop physically and emotionally. Class begins with traditional warm ups and stretching, then includes a variety of activities which help improve strength, balance, coordination and karate techniques.
